Made-to-Order Items: These items are custom-made and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded. A 20% deposit of the part’s cost is required. To ensure the correct fitment, please confirm your vehicle specifications at checkout. We offer Vehicle Confirmation Assistance free of charge to guarantee a perfect match.

Stock Items: Stock items may be returned or exchanged in their original condition and packaging for a full refund.

Local Exchange: We offer free in-person exchanges for your convenience.

Shipping Costs: If you choose not to confirm your vehicle specs and fitment with AllRotors before your order is dispatched, you will be responsible for return and exchange shipping fees.

Ownership Transfer:
- When an exchange is granted, the replacement item becomes your property, and the returned item becomes AllRotors' property.
- When a refund is issued, the item becomes AllRotors' property.
